Utilizing a data analysis and planning process, educators uncover new insights and information about student performance to build on strengths and plan instructional scaffolds within their upcoming instruction to maximize student access to grade-level content. Outcome: Analyze and use Diagnostic data to make instructional decisions and plan for students to access and meaningfully engage in upcoming grade-level content
